The Mobiloan Home Screen acts as your central dashboard, providing access to all modules and features available to you.
It is tailored to your specific user permissions, displaying only the modules relevant to your access level and selected branch—ensuring a focused and efficient user experience.
The table below provides an overview of what each Home Screen Module in Mobiloan represents.
Origination
Manages the entire loan application, approval and payout process.
Collection
Facilitates debt collection through payment follow ups, overdue loan tracking and payment rescheduling options through an efficient ticketing system.
Transaction
Management of all financial transactions including loan balance corrections, cashbox reconciliation and purchase sale transactions
Reporting
Provides business intelligence and financial analytics, including loan performance reports, collection efficiency analysis, compliance reports, and custom report generation tools.
Tools
Offers utility tools to improve workflow efficiency, such as independent credit checks, communication tools (email/SMS notifications), document file sharing and audit logging features.
Maintenance
Focuses on maintaining data related to clients and loans as well as system information such as devices, users and areas etc.
Setup
Manages system setup and user configurations, including Allps account creation, branch and office setup, loan product customization etc.
In the top-right corner of the Home Page, users will find the following:
Hamburger Menu – Provides access to additional navigation options and remains visible throughout the app for easy access.
Sync Status Indicator – Displays the current synchronization status between the app and the database.
A red cross (❌) indicates that the app is not connected to a stable internet connection.
Every 2 minutes, you may notice an upload (⬆️) or download (⬇️) arrow, showing that the app is actively sending or retrieving data from the centralized cloud server.
The Hamburger menu, represented by three horizontal dots, provides additional functionalities that enhance user experience.
Home
Redirects users to the Mobiloan Home Page when clicked or tapped.
Page Shortcuts (Desktop Only)
Displays available keyboard shortcuts for the current view, allowing users to use key combinations (e.g., ALT + O for Origination).
Reload Page
Refreshes the current view without navigating away, ensuring updated data is displayed.
System Status
Opens a modal with details on device info, branch/session status, uptime history, and legal information.
Help & Support
Provides access to the Mobiloan Support Desk, User Guide, and Amplifin Support (requires Sudonum).
Switch Apps
Allows switching between demonstration and live instances.
Diagnostics
Displays network, storage, GPS, and application log information. Also allows users to upload diagnostic reports or leave the app.
Messages
Shows notifications, system messages, and user communications.
Language Selection
Allows users to change the language (currently only English is supported).
About Mobiloan
Displays general information about the Mobiloan app and device details.
Sync Data
Manually synchronizes data with the instance database (typically needed only for support requests).
Selecting the Hamburger Menu Icon " " located in the top right corner of the screen, will present a drop down menu (shown below).
