During our onboarding and training sessions, we often describe the setup process as an Alignment Session. The goal is to ensure that Mobiloan and its key components are configured to align with your specific business needs. This involves tailoring various aspects of the loan management system to meet your requirements effectively.
The Setup Menu includes the following items, each documented in detail to guide you through the configuration process:
Allps
Management of Amplifin Integration Users, Allps Session Logins, and Branch Assignments
Reserved for Amplifin/Mobiloan Support Administrators.
Billing
A read-only interface, enabling accountants to access the billing package for any specific period they are currently subscribed to.
Branch
Create, edit, and manage branches in Mobiloan
Category
Define and manage client categories (e.g., workers, grant recipients) for lending,
Customizing key settings and lending parameters for each.
Category Setup
Commission
Set up commission rules, rates, and payout structures for agents , brokers or both.

Create, edit, and manage companies in Mobiloan.
