Setup Menu

Welcome to the Setup Menu!

During our onboarding and training sessions, we often describe the setup process as an Alignment Session. The goal is to ensure that Mobiloan and its key components are configured to align with your specific business needs. This involves tailoring various aspects of the loan management system to meet your requirements effectively.

The Setup Menu includes the following items, each documented in detail to guide you through the configuration process:

  • Allps

  • Management of Amplifin Integration Users, Allps Session Logins, and Branch Assignments

  • Reserved for Amplifin/Mobiloan Support Administrators.

  • Billing

  • A read-only interface, enabling accountants to access the billing package for any specific period they are currently subscribed to.

  • Branch

  • Create, edit, and manage branches in Mobiloan

  • Category

  • Define and manage client categories (e.g., workers, grant recipients) for lending,

  • Customizing key settings and lending parameters for each.

  • Commission

  • Set up commission rules, rates, and payout structures for agents , brokers or both.

  • Company

  • Create, edit, and manage companies in Mobiloan.

  • Document

  • Create, edit and manage loan documents and their associated upload types and requirement rules.

  • Insurance

  • Create, configure and manage one or more loan insurance products.

  • Loan Product

  • Create and configure credit types as Loan Products.

  • Customize loan products to meet specific business needs.

  • Online Webapp

  • Create and configure online web portals.

  • Customize settings for the web application interface and user experience to meet specific needs.

  • Payout Method

  • Create and configure payout options (e.g. Wallet, Cash, Custom ).

  • Repayment Method

  • Create and configure repayment options (e.g., Debi-check, bank transfer, EFT, cash).

  • Role

  • Define user access roles and associated access rights.

  • Customize roles to meet specific access control needs.

  • Sudonum

  • Create and manage Sudonum and Branch Target numbers .

  • Allows for in-app calling

  • Transaction

  • Define transaction types and customize to meet specific business accounting needs.

  • Configuration

  • One-time setup to define the platform's overall behavior, including user login settings, app alerts, expiry times, adverse settings, background automation, and more.
