Device CompatibilityStep 2 - Obtaining an Enrollment Link
To access Mobiloan for the first time on a new or unregistered device, you'll need an enrollment link.
If you attended our initial training program, you would have received a unique enrollment key. Use this key to sign in and enroll your device, otherwise, this link can be generated by either yourself or a Management User (User with Device Maintenance Rights).
Once you have the enrollment link (or have generated the QR Code), simply copy and paste the enrolment link (or scan the QR Code) and you'll be automatically redirected to the Mobiloan login page.

The enrollment process is simplified as outlined in the following diagram:

Step 3 - First Time Login
Enter the first six digits of your ID number as your User ID.
Leave the Password field blank.
Click the "Login" button to proceed.

After completing these steps, you will be redirected to the Client Profile Page to update your login password.
Updating Your Login Password:
Review your profile details—if any required fields (marked with “*”) are missing, fill them in.
Click "Next" to proceed.
Set a new login password and confirm your changes.

Once completed, you will have successfully set up your account and can log in using your new credentials.
The login process is summarized in the diagram below.

🔐 Additional Login Security
Mobiloan enhances login security with two Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) options and flexible logout control features.
One-Time PIN (OTP)
After entering your username and password, you’ll receive an OTP via SMS. Enter it on the login screen to gain access.

Surephrase Passkey
Set up an 8-character Surephrase (word or number). At login, you’ll be asked to enter specific characters from it. If correct, access is granted.

Automatic and Manual Logout Control
To enhance security and prevent accidental changes, the User ID and Password fields are automatically disabled once you’re logged in. This ensures that your login credentials cannot be modified during an active session.

If you need to re-enable these fields—for example, to switch users or lock the app—you must first select the “Logout” button. This will end your current session and return you to the login screen, where the fields will once again be editable.

The system uses smart button logic to help navigate:
If you're not logged in, you'll see a “Login” button.
Once logged in, it changes to “Home”, letting you quickly go to the main dashboard.
The system logs you out after the inactivity minutes set for (in Role Setup)
