No need to worry about typos or wrong recipients! Mobiloan is like your helpful friend, double-checking your sender email address and anyone you've added in "CC" before sending the message. Also, validity checks are performed before saving any email address in Mobioan.

This way, you can be sure your email reaches the right people, every time✅

Saving an email address

If you're about to save an email address, whether it be a new branch or company email, or perhaps a client's or operators email, Mobiloan will enforce a validity check via Zerobounce.

Mobiloan will block invalid email addresses❌

Perhaps a mailbox is greylisted or blacklisted, in such cases, Mobiloan will block the user from saving that email address.

Hold on a sec, check your inbox!

If you're using a sender email address for the first time, we want to make sure your messages land safely. So, before you fire away, look for an email from Amazon Web Services in your inbox and verify your address.

Note

  • This is a once off process for new sender email addresses.

Automatic Spam Block

Refrain from sending out the same email more than once, that's known as spam. Mobiloan will detect this and notify the user accordingly.

Please try an alternate email in such cases!
Select resend and check your Spam folder if you cannot find it easily.
Select the verification link in the email body
You should see this message upon successful verification.
In this case, retype the message body to ensure that the message isn't identical to the previous message.
