Welcome to the Billing Module

The Billing Information Interface is a read-only dashboard designed for business owners and accountants to view and query billing details for any lapsed subscription period.

Since Mobiloan is a cloud-based solution integrating multiple third-party services, a dedicated billing solution has been developed. This interface, presented in a table format, allows users to add, edit, and manage billing items and columns for more accurate financial tracking.


Key Features of the Billing Interface

1. Editable Billing Entries

  • Stage proposed fees before finalizing invoices.

  • Adjust billing periods to reflect any changes more accurately.

  • The modifiable interface ensures flexibility in managing billing details.

2. Three Billing Modes

Mobiloan provides three intuitive billing options, allowing users to choose the best approach for their organization:

1️⃣ Combined Bill for the Entire Group

  • Generates a single invoice for all companies, consolidating billing information.

2️⃣ Split Bill for Each Company

  • Separates invoices based on company usage, including branch-level breakdowns.

3️⃣ Place Billing on Hold

  • Temporarily suspends billing until further notice.


Additional Functionality

By scrolling to the bottom of the screen, you will notice that there two options

View Invoice Details

When a user selects this option, the user will be required to

  • Select a company to generate and review its invoice.

  • Export invoice data for record-keeping and analysis (optional).

Managing Billing Rows

Select the drop-down arrow to the right (shown above) to manage billing rows that appear in the table

  • Use the dropdown menu to:

    • Create, duplicate, or remove billing rows.

    • Undo all modified changes if necessary.
