Searching for a Specific Client's Collection Tickets

To locate a particular client's collection ticket profile, use the Search Search feature.

How to Search for a Client’s Collection Tickets ?

  1. Select the Search Single option from the Collection Menu.

  2. Select a search method from the drop-down menu.

  3. Enter the corresponding details, such as the client's name, account number, or another unique identifier.

  4. Click "Search" to retrieve the relevant collection tickets.


Viewing and Actioning Collection Tickets:

Mobiloan will then display all collection tickets associated with specified client in a results screen - shown below.

For more information on the results screen functionality, select the link below:

Select an entry on the table open the Collection Ticket Screen, where you can review details and take necessary collection actions.
