Just like the All Active Tickets option, this menu option lets you view all the collection tickets that have been assigned to you by other users. It simply acts as a filter to just display the ones assigned to you for your attention
Gain a Quick Overview: Quickly assess the collection workload assigned to you and prioritize your actions.
Dive Deeper and Take Action: Select individual tickets to explore detailed information and take appropriate actions, such as contacting debtors or updating ticket status.
