This interface allows you to view all collection tickets that have been assigned to you by other users.
When taking action on a collection ticket, you have the option to assign it to another user—whether because they are better suited to handle it or because their role primarily involves managing overdue collections.
It's essentially the same as the All Active Tickets
screen - however serves as a filter, ensuring that users only see tickets specifically assigned to them.
Ultimately, this interface is designed to help users quickly locate overdue installments and take appropriate collection actions on the corresponding collection tickets.
