This guide will assist you in locating active loan applications within the system. Whether you're looking to take further action or simply view the details, you can easily search using the Search Dialog that appears upon selecting the Search Active menu itemm.
Choose a Search Method: Select a search method by selecting the first dropdown and chose the most suitable search method from the available options (as shown below).
Enter Required Details: After selecting a search method, input the relevant details to refine your search results.
Perform an Action: Depending on the loan’s stage, Mobiloan will guide you to either the Origination or Payout stage, automatically populating details from prior entries.
