This central hub provides a convenient way to manage all Active Loans pending further action. See today's new agreements, take action on any flagged loans, and easily access applications submitted through our My Mobiloan portal (Online Agreements).
The system will show you information relevant to your specific branch and company access.
Choosing a category will show you a list of loans that need your attention.
For instance, picking Evaluate Now reveals loans ready for your review (shown below).
Simply click on a loan to get started with the dedicated workflow, like the "Evaluation Workflow" in this case.
Categories that appear under the Loan Agreements column refer to the loans that have originated from Mobiloan (the app).
Evaluate Now
This category might include loans that require further evaluation before disbursement.
Payout Now
Loans ready for immediate payout
Payout Queue
Loans scheduled to be paid out soon and has been added to the queue.
Verify Payout
Loans paid out awaiting a payout verification, which points out that a potential error occurred in the initial attempt.
Paid out Today
Loans successfully paid out today
Cancelled Today
Loans cancelled today
Categories that appear under the Online Applications column refer to the loans that have originated from My Mobiloan (the online web app)
Requires Approval
Applications waiting for lender approval
Requires Completion
Applications that require a payout now
New Loan
Applications that have been submitted but not yet reviewed
Completed
Applications that have been fully reviewed and processed
Declined
Applications that have been rejected
Pending Amendment
Applications waiting for a change to be made and possibly needing additional information from the applicant

Want to see the bigger picture? Click the Secondary Options Menu (see the screenshot below) to access summaries and totals for currently active loans. This menu gives you valuable insights at a glance, helping you understand trends and make informed decisions.
Evaluate Now from the Older subsection displays a list
of expired loans that haven't been evaluated yet.
