When you choose the 'Client' option from the client menu, you'll be asked to load a client by entering a lookup field, such as their ID number.
Once you're done entering a search attribute - select the 'Search' button, and Mobiloan will display the corresponding client dashboard.
From the dashboard that appears, you can view and manage all client information—including bank accounts, ALPS accounts, addresses, and any other data recorded throughout their lifecycle in Mobiloan.
To begin, load a client and review the details shown, as illustrated in the screenshot below
The Client Menu provides streamlined access to all objects and records associated with a specific client in Mobiloan—functioning much like a digital filing cabinet where all related data is logically grouped and categorized.
To access the Client Menu, click the corresponding icon within the Client Maintenance Screen.
The interface shown below is the Client Menu, where each item allows you to view, verify, and maintain various aspects of the client profile.
Audit Logs
View a detailed record of all actions taken related to the client for transparency and accountability.
Physical Address
Access or update the current and previous residential addresses of the client.
Affordability's
Review all previously captured income, expenditure, and affordability assessments used to evaluate repayment capacity.
Allps Accounts
View related accounts and records in the ALLPS platform for consolidated debtor information.
Applications
Track and manage online loan applications submitted by the debtor.
Bank Accounts
Review all previously captured bank account details associated with the debtor.
Collection Tickets
Monitor active or past collection efforts raised for the debtor including collection outcomes.
Credit Enquiries
Access records of external credit bureau checks performed on the debtor.
Documents
View or upload documents related to the debtor, such as ID copies or financial proofs.
Emails
View the email correspondence history with the debtor.
Hold Status
Check or change the status of the debtor account if it's on hold (e.g., due to dispute, legal action).
Loans
View existing or historical loans granted to the debtor along with their statuses.
Notes
Internal notes made by agents or the system regarding debtor interactions or special handling instructions.
Occupations
Record or update employment and occupational history of the debtor.
Presentments
View debit orders or payment presentments attempted on the debtor’s bank account.
Profile
Access general demographic and contact details of the debtor.
References
Contact details and relationship of third-party references associated with the debtor.
SMS
Log and track SMS messages sent to or received from the debtor.
Transactions
Full history of financial transactions involving the debtor.
Voice Calls
Access call logs or recordings of voice communications with the debtor.
Close
Exit or close the client menu screen.
