The Fileshare feature in Mobiloan allows you to create customizable, shareable media objects.
This functionality is designed for cases where you need to share various file types—such as PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, or images—via Mobiloan’s standard sharing methods, including Print, Email, SMS, or a Download Link.
Follow the steps below to use this feature effectively.
Access the Fileshare Feature
Navigate to the Fileshare section in `Tools Menu -> Fileshare`
Create a New Fileshare Object
Click the +New Fileshare button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
Provide Folder Details
Enter a Folder Name (e.g., "Client Document").
Add a File Description to specify the purpose of the file.
Open the Smart File Uploader
Use the uploader to browse your device’s internal storage.
Select the File
Locate and choose the file you want to upload (e.g., from your device’s media folder, gallery, or downloads).
Upload the File
Once you’ve selected the file, click Upload to complete the process.
View the Fileshare Object
After uploading, the new Fileshare entry will appear in the table of Fileshare objects.
Open the File
Click on the entry in the table and select View Fileshare.
Share the File
Use Mobiloan’s standard sharing options:

Generate and share a Download Link
Note
Multiple Fileshare Objects: You can create multiple Fileshare objects. Each object generates a unique live link pointing to the file on the Mobiloan backend server.
Link Expiration: When a Fileshare object is deleted, the associated link will expire and point to an unknown address.
