From this central Voice Calling Platform in the Tools Menu.
Within the Client Menu or Loan Menu associated with specific recordings
All calls are recorded and stored for easy access and management. You can view recordings either:
You (the Mobiloan Operator) - using your personal cellular device
The Outbound Recipient (e.g., Client, Employer, Reference, Agent, User, Branch, or Custom Number)
Mobiloan offers a convenient voice-calling platform, integrated with Sudonum, to facilitate seamless voice calls from within the application. This feature uses the Sudonum number linked to your business account to establish a phone call between:
To initiate a call, select the "New Call" option from the menu, and thereafter select the Intended Recipient.
Mobiloan allows you to place voice calls between the operator and various recipients:
Client: Search for the client via the Client Search feature.
Employer: Select the employer from the stored list of employers in the Call Connector.
Reference: Choose the reference from the stored employer list within the Call Connector.
Agent, User, or Branch: Select the appropriate option from the menu.
Custom Number: Manually enter a custom number if needed.
The Call Connector Screen is used for all calls made to designated personnel.
Call Purposes
When placing a call to a Client, Client Reference, or Employer, you must specify a Call Purpose. This is necessary for compliance and indexing purposes.
When you're ready - simply select the Connect Call Button to initiate the call - and Mobiloan will initiate the first call to the "My Number" user - and then attempts to connect it to the "Destination Number" - once picked up.
You can access and manage voice call records in two ways:
1. By Client:
Select the "Client Records" option in the Voice Calling Menu.
Enter a Client Search Attribute
Select a record to play the recording or view detailed information.
Each record displays key details such as Call Purpose, Call Status, Call Charge, and Call Duration.
Use the + icon at the bottom right to refresh the list or initiate a new call to a client.
2. By Branch:
Select the Branch Records option in the Voice Calling Menu.
View call records filtered by branch and date range (as illustrated in the screenshot below).
Results are presented in a Summary Table, with individual records listed in the Object Table.
Selecting a record allows you to play the recording or view detailed information.
