Voice Calling

Often, the user will be required to place a call. This may pertain to either a client, employer or any personnel. Mobiloan facilitates a voice calling platform in the tools menu

Placing a New Call

Mobiloan allows the user to either place a call between the operator and :

  • Client - You would be requires to specify the client via perfroming a client search.

  • Employer - Specify the employer by selecting the employer in the stored list of employers in the Call Connector

  • Reference - Specify the Reference by selecting the employer in the stored list of employers in the Call Connector

  • Agent

  • User

  • Branch

  • Any custom specified number

To do this, select the desired item in menu (Shown in the screenshot below)

The "Call connector screen" would be used for all calls made to corresponding personnel other than the,

CALL PURPOSES

  • Refer to fixed call purposes that must be specified and recorded for compliance and indexing purposes

  • Required for Client, Client references and Employers.

Accessing Voice Recordings.

You may either view voice call records :

  1. Per Client : Perform a client search then view all records (as seen in the screenshot below) Selecting a record will allow the user to play the recording/ or view the detail Each record portrays the call purpose, the call status, the charge of the call and the duration of the call. Selecting the "+" icon located at the bottom right will present the user with the option to refresh the list or place a new call to a client.

2. Per Branch: Selecting this option will present the user with all voice call records according to a criteria defined by the branch and a date range (As shown in the screenshot below)

The summary of results will be shown in the summary table, and each record matching the criteria will populate the object table. Selecting a record will present the user wth the option to play the recording or view the detail of the recording. The panel of actions allow the user to :

  • Show the next 10 results in the object table

  • Modify the coluns being displayed in the object table (show/hide)

  • Evaluate the summary.

  • Print the Results

  • Exports the results n either ,CSV or Excell.
