Starred Reports

With Starred Reports, you can now easily prioritize the reports that matter most to you. Simply click the new star icon next to any report, and voila! It instantly jumps to the top of your list, always within easy reach.

How to Star a Report

  • Select a report from table of reports that you use frequently,

  • Select the "Star Report Option"

  • The report will automatically move to the top of your list for easy access.

Managing Your Starred Reports

  • To unstar a report, simply click on the report and select Unstar Report

  • The report will be removed from the top of your list and go back to its original position.

Database Synchronizer

Our standard reports use data synchronized to the reporting server hourly.

If you need a more up-to-date view, reflecting new activity like receipts or presentments, you can manually trigger a server sync to refresh the data and generate a more recent report.

Reporting Scopes

Standard reports within the system come pre-configured with a specific scope that determines the range of data they display. This ensures users see the most relevant information based on their access level.

  • Reports with a branch scope are designed for branch managers and similar roles.

  • These reports filter data based on the branches associated with the user's applied filters. This ensures users only see results relevant to their area of responsibility.

  • Company-scoped reports are intended for management users and might contain sensitive or confidential company-wide data.

  • These reports provide insights into overall company performance and key metrics.

Steps to Restrict Report Access using scopes:

  1. Navigate to Reports: Locate the "Reports" section within the system.

  2. Select the Report: Find the specific report you want to restrict access to.

3.Select a Role Access Column: Look for a column labelled "Role Access" .This column will display the pre-defined scope (BRANCH , COMPANY, CUSTOM).

  1. Set the Desired Scope: Click the scope for the specific report and use the dropdown menu that appears to choose the appropriate scope for the report.

To trigger a manual sync, locate the sync icon "" as seen in the screenshot below
