Reporting Scopes
Standard reports within the system come pre-configured with a specific scope that determines the range of data they display. This ensures users see the most relevant information based on their access level.

scope
Branch / Company / Custom
Reports with a branch scope are designed for branch managers and similar roles.
These reports filter data based on the branches associated with the user's applied filters. This ensures users only see results relevant to their area of responsibility.
Company-scoped reports are intended for management users and might contain sensitive or confidential company-wide data.
These reports provide insights into overall company performance and key metrics.
Steps to Restrict Report Access using scopes:

3.Select a Role Access Column: Look for a column labelled "Role Access" .This column will display the pre-defined scope (BRANCH , COMPANY, CUSTOM).
