This feature enables users to create and manage different types of message media, as displayed in the submenu. Users can choose to create new messages or access existing categories such as “Notifications” (In-App Notifications), “SMS's,” “Emails,” and “Broadcasts.”
Simply select an option from the menu below to get started.
To create a new in-app notification, follow the steps outlined below:

Choose the recipient, which can be either a single user or all branch users.
If selecting a single user, specify the device to which you want to send the notification.
Step 2: Construct Your Message

Once complete, click the “Send Notification” button.
Step 3: View Notification
The notification will be delivered as a pop-up alert on the recipient’s device.
Additionally, it will be accessible under the “Messages” section within the Hamburger Menu in Mobiloan.
The SMS Menu allows you to compose new SMS messages and view existing SMS records. You can easily navigate through various options available in the menu to manage SMS communications effectively. Select an option from the menu below to get started.
Select the Send New SMS option from the SMS menu.
You will then be presented with a list of recipients to send an SMS to {Client; Client's reference, Agent, User or Any Number}
Load the recipient's reference into Mobiloan (e.g. if the recipient is a client, then load the client into Mobiloan using the Client Number, if the recipient is an agent, then Mobiloan will prompt you to enter the name of the agent.)
Verify the details displayed in the SMS client screen, before proceeding with typing out the message to verify that all information is correct.
Select the appropriate Message Purpose from the drop-down menu. The possible options are shown in the screenshot below:
Remember that not all clients consent to marketing permissions. That being said, continuing to send a "Marketing Related" SMS will result in the SMS being blocked:
A client may very easily opt out of receiving marketing SMS's by replying to the SMS with the keyword STOP.
To make this known, Mobiloan will automatically append the message input with the following message: "Reply STOP to opt out", as shown below.
Creating a New SMS - Using Placeholders
Select the Insert Placeholders option to include a specific parameter value that belongs to the client.
