The Bulk Hold Feature allows users to streamline the process of updating multiple client statuses with a single action.
You can select individual rows from the hold summary table, and clicking on a row or status will trigger the Bulk Hold Action dialog, as illustrated in the accompanying screenshot.
Once you select a hold status from the "Hold Summary" table above, Mobiloan will generate a query displaying all clients with that specific hold status. The results are determined by the branch scope of the operator performing the query. If a branch is outside the operator’s scope, modifying the statuses of clients within that branch will not be permitted, as they will not appear in the query results.
Review the list of clients displayed in the table.
To retain a client's current hold status, locate them in the list and click the “x” icon at the end of their row to exclude them from the update.
Use the search bar to quickly locate specific clients within the table.
After finalizing the list of clients and excluding any necessary entries, select the desired status from the “Updated Status” dropdown.
Clicking the “Bulk Search” button will open the “Search Clients” modal, allowing you to find clients by:
Entering Client Numbers or ID Numbers:
Paste multiple client numbers or IDs separated by commas for a bulk search.
Selecting a Branch:
Retrieve all clients associated with a particular branch.
