Home Screen Navigation

The Home Page in Mobiloan serves as the central access point for users with the appropriate permissions. It provides navigation to all the available modules and displays critical information about the user's session, including role-based access controls and branch selection.

Main Menu Option	Functionality
Origination	Manages the entire loan application, approval and payout process.
Collection	Facilitates loan repayment and debt collection through automated payment reminders, overdue loan tracking, debt recovery strategies, and payment rescheduling options through an efficient ticketing system.
Transaction	Handles all financial transactions related to loans, including loan balance corrections, payment reconciliation, account adjustments, and refund transfers.
Reporting	Provides business intelligence and financial analytics, including loan performance reports, collection efficiency analysis, compliance reports, and custom report generation tools.
Tools	Offers utility tools to improve workflow efficiency, such as independent credit checks, communication tools (email/SMS notifications), document file sharing and audit logging features.
Maintenance	Focuses on maintaining data related to clients and loans as well as system information such as devices, users and areas etc.
Setup	Manages system setup and user configurations, including user account creation, branch and office setup, loan product customization, and API integrations.

Restricted Views

The modules and options available to users on the Home Page depend on their assigned Role permissions.

Users with restricted access will see a limited set of options in the Home Page.

For example, a Branch Manager may not see the "Setup Menu" option appear in the home screen as they would typically not have access to adjust setup items.

Branch Selection

Users can select branches to access during their session via a drop-down menu. However, they can only choose from branches assigned to them.

This selection impacts the visibility of available items and options within Mobiloan globally.

Navigation and Sync Status

In the top right corner of the Home Page, users will find:

• Hamburger Menu – Access to additional functionalities.

• Sync Status Notification – Indicator of synchronization status with the database.

The Hamburger Menu

The Hamburger menu, represented by three horizontal dots, provides additional functionalities that enhance user experience.

Selecting the Hamburger Menu Icon " " located in the top right corner of the screen, will present a drop down menu (shown below).

Feature	Description
Home Navigation	Redirects users to the Mobiloan Home Page when clicked or tapped.
Page Shortcuts (Desktop Only)	Displays available keyboard shortcuts for the current view, allowing users to use key combinations (e.g., ALT + O for Origination).
Reload Page	Refreshes the current view without navigating away, ensuring updated data is displayed.
System Status	Opens a modal with details on device info, branch/session status, uptime history, and legal information.
Help & Support	Provides access to the Mobiloan Support Desk, User Guide, and Amplifin Support (requires Sudonum).
Switch Apps	Allows switching between demonstration and live instances.
Diagnostics	Displays network, storage, GPS, and application log information. Also allows users to upload diagnostic reports or leave the app.
Messages	Shows notifications, system messages, and user communications.
Language Selection	Allows users to change the language (currently only English is supported).
About Mobiloan	Displays general information about the Mobiloan app and device details.
Sync Data	Manually synchronizes data with the instance database (typically needed only for support requests).
