This section allows administrators to create and manage company profiles that serve as the foundation for business operations. Each company entity acts as a legal and financial structure under which branches and loan activities are recorded.
Key configurations include company registration details, contact information, corporate bank accounts, and authorized branches.
To begin, either select an existing company from the table or click the "+" icon to create a new company.
Fill in all mandatory and optional fields to ensure compliance with South African regulatory requirements. This includes:
Company Trading Name: The publicly known name under which the company operates. This name may differ from the official registered name and is used for marketing and branding purposes.
CIPC Registered Name: The legal name of the company as registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). This name must match the records at CIPC and may include suffixes like (Pty) Ltd.
CIPC Registration Number: A unique identifier issued by CIPC upon successful registration, required for all legal and financial dealings.
SARS VAT Number: A tax identification number issued by the South African Revenue Service (SARS) for businesses registered for Value-Added Tax (VAT).
NCR Registration Number: A number assigned by the National Credit Regulator (NCR), allowing the company to operate as a credit provider.
SACRRA Registration Number: Assigned by the South African Credit and Risk Reporting Association (SACRRA), enabling the company to share and access credit risk data.
FIC Registration Number: Provided by the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC), ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering laws.
This step requires the user to enter the company's contact details, which include:
Country: Limited to South Africa, Uganda, or Namibia.
Phone Number: Official contact number for business communication.
Physical & Postal Address: The company’s primary location and mailing address.
Email Addresses: Official business email contacts.
Authorized Signatories: Individuals granted legal authority to sign documents and make binding decisions on behalf of the company.
This section involves adding corporate financial information to facilitate transactions, collections, and integrations.

Integrated Collection Attorneys: Legal firms assigned for debt collection and dispute resolution.
Company Credit Policy: Guidelines defining lending terms, interest rates, and collection policies.
Company Logo and Colors: Branding assets that will reflect throughout Mobiloan reports and documents.
In this step, users define which branches operate under the new company entity. Simply select or deselect from the provided list of available branches.
Select Authorized Branches: Choose the branches that fall under the company.
Deselect Unnecessary Branches: Remove any branches that should not be linked to this company profile.
Once all details are entered, click Save & Confirm to complete the company setup process. After confirmation, the company profile will be created, and all linked branches, loans, and financial activities will be associated with the entity.
