This feature allows you to view and edit loan information, including promissory' s, transactions, contracts and any other data that has been created in Mobiloan.

To get started, simply load a loan and view the details presented by mobiloan, as seen in the screenshot below

The loan origination summary table provides a concise overview of all the important information related to a loan, including:

• Amounts

• Users

• Dates

• Transaction methods

• Payout Alerts

This information can be helpful for quickly understanding the key details of a loan, such as how much money was borrowed, who was involved in the origination process, and when and how the loan was funded.

❓FAQ - What are payout alerts?

Payout alerts notify the user of any client irregularities (which should be confirmed with the client). They can also help users make informed decisions. All payout alerts are listed under this heading and may include the following:

• Mandatory loan documents not captured

• Branch differs from previous loan branch

• Category differs from previous loan category

• Area differs from previous loan area

• Affordability surplus increased from previous loan

• Affordability CPA total decreased from previous loan

• High-risk credit score

• Insurance premium added to installment
