Mobiloan employs a robust system for managing adverse loans. Overdue loans are tracked daily, with the system incrementing a counter to monitor the number of days past due. Once the loan reaches the predefined handover or write-off period, automated actions are triggered.
Auto Handover Feature
Enabling the Auto Handover feature initiates an automated process where:
The system automatically submits an adverse listing to the credit bureau upon reaching the handover period.
The loan status in Mobiloan is updated to 'Handed Over'.
Auto Write-Off Feature
The Auto Write-Off feature is the final stage in the adverse loan management process. Once activated, the system will:
Automatically write off the loan.
Update the credit bureau accordingly.
Permanently restrict future lending to the client.
