Please read up on the following sections first before setting transaction rights.
Transaction Management
The first step in defining transaction rights is to first determine the user's access rights in the Transaction menu.
You can set which menu options the user has access to in the Transaction Menu by ticking the following options which correspond to each menu item in the Transaction Menu.
Leave unticked if you don't feel that the user will not be requiring rights to manage transactions
You can control which types of transactions a user can create or authorize (Refer to the screenshot below). In other words, the user can only create transactions using the methods that are selected under these settings.
By way of example, if POS is left unticked and a user belonging to this role attempts to create a POS transaction within the app, Mobiloan will block the creation of the POS transaction and display a relevant message to the screen.
If Debit Order is an authorized transaction type, then the creation of manual transactions using debit order my be restricted according to the following.
These rights allow you to control the authorized actions availble to the user when assessing and updating a clients balance.
These 'actions are involved in processes such as settling a client's account, posting a manual receipt, balancing the ledger and reconciling the daily transactions.
Simply leave unticked those that you wish the user not have the permission to do so:
