GENERAL LAYOUT
The summarized management report combines four key report subcategories:

New loan analysis
Shows the count of new loans made, sub-categorized into loan term, loan category, and the branch that originated the loan.
It also includes some summary statistics, such as the average loan amount and the total amount of money loaned, as shown below
Interpretation of New Loan Analysis reports
Which loan terms are the most popular? You can see this by looking at the "Count" column for each term.
What are the average loan amounts for each category? You can see this by looking at the "Average Capital" column for each category.
Which branches are originating the most loans? You can see this by looking at the "Count" column for each branch.
Receipt Analysis
Shows the received income based on loan terms, categories, branches, and receipt types.
All reports share "Grand Total" rows, summarizing the overall number of receipts, average capital, and total capital for all branches and types, as seen below:
Interpretation of Receipt Analysis Reports
Evaluate the overall income generated by analyzing the total capital amount. Significant capital generation reflects financial stability and potential for investment.
Income Source: Identify which loan terms contribute the most to income. Shorter terms typically generate higher volume, while longer terms may offer higher individual profits despite lower frequency.
Main Income Source: Determine the category driving the most income.
Compare average capital across categories to understand potential differences in individual loan amounts. Higher average capital in a category suggests larger loans on average.
Identify the branch generating the most receipts and capital. High volume and capital indicate a productive branch efficiently processing transactions.
Client Analysis
Presents a summary analysis of loan frequency applications grouped by the client count per category and per branch as seen in the screenshot below:
Interpretation
Make assessments per category or per branch based on the count and percentages of loan applications successfully originated per loan frequency
Monitor Client Category or Branch Performance analysis using the Grand Total column
Age analysis
This report presents the current outstanding balances for debts originally scheduled for collection in a specific month, categorized by their age (number of days past due).
This table shows the number of receipts, average amount, total amount, and breakdown of different fees and charges for each age group per branch or category
It allows for analysis of collection performance and identification of delinquent accounts for timely intervention.
