First-time Login Guide
Device enrollment is a security measure that ensures controlled access to your Mobiloan account.
To access Mobiloan for the first time on a new or unregistered device, you'll need an enrollment link. This link can be provided by a Management User . If you're not the same user who created the device, the enrollment process is simplified as outlined in the following diagram:
Obtaining an Enrollment Link
Training Program: If you attended our initial training program, you would have received a unique enrollment key. Use this key to sign in and enroll your device.
Self Generated Enrollment Link: For existing users, navigate Maintenance Menu > Device and select the Share Enrolment option. This will generate a unique link that you can use to enroll a new device.
Request from Support: You're welcome to request an enrolment link via the Support Desk. Be sure to include the details of your new device and the email address of the device you wish to have enrolled.
Once you have the enrollment link (or have generated the QR Code), follow the on-screen instructions to complete the device enrollment process.
After successful enrollment, you'll be automatically redirected to the Mobiloan login page.
The user onboarding process begins with a management user creating a new user in Mobiloan. The newly registered user then proceeds to login using their first 6 digits of their ID number ( referred to as the USER ID) to create a profile and set a secure password.
Once these steps are completed, the new user can successfully access the application using their own credentials.
Input the first 6 digits of your ID and leave the password field blank.
Click the "Login" button to proceed.
Important Security Reminders:
Unique Credentials: Each operator should have their own unique User ID and password.
Avoid Sharing: Never share your login details with others.
Beware of Scams: Mobiloan support will never ask for your login credentials.
By following these guidelines, you can ensure secure and efficient access to your Mobiloan account.
Password Recovery
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link to initiate the recovery process.
Enter ID Number: Provide your 13-digit operator ID.
Request SMS: Click "Next" to send a password reset SMS to your registered cellphone number.
Cellphone Number Update: If your number has changed, contact an operator with maintenance rights for an update before requesting a password reset.
