1. Creating Branch and Master Users
To initiate the integration process, create two user accounts: a master user and a general user. Only these two accounts are required per allps organization, regardless of the number of branches.

To begin the process, navigate to the "User" tab and thereafter select "New User".
You will then be presented with the "add new user"modal by default. As seen in the screenshot below.
Naming Convention
The branch and master user names must adhere to the lowercase naming convention:
mobiloan_master_[org name], and
mobiloan_branch_[org name]
([org name] is a short unique name for organization name e.g. mobiloan_master_loanfin, mobiloan_branch_thseleka.
To create a branch/ master user in Allps-i,
Using the default naming convention, replace [org name] with your organization's name.
Enter the same name as the full name, logon name and password, as shown in the screenshots below.
Leave the email address field blank.
Set the status to active.
Set the user type to integration.
After creating the required Allps users, the next step in the configuration process is to assign user rights to both branch and master users.
