Users with the following rights will be allowed to payout a loan without requiring the review form an external user with the client due diligence rights.

Geographic Location
Considers the potential risks associated with the client's location.
Client Nationality
Assesses potential risks based on the client's nationality.
Income Source
Evaluates the stability and transparency of the client's income.
Political Exposure
Identifies clients with connections to politically exposed persons (PEPs).
Sanctions Screening
Checks for matches against international sanctions lists.
