Creating Other Users

To create, update, and manage users in Mobiloan, navigate to the Maintenance Menu and select the User option.

The second step would require the Super User or administrator to:

  1. Add you as a User in Mobiloan.

  2. Add your Device in Mobiloan.

  3. Share enrollment details to you using the appropriate method (email, local or QR scan). This is to be done so that your app gets connected to the correct database.

If you are a Super User or designated administrator, you should have undergone the training to onboard new users into Mobiloan.

Developing Role Rights

Understanding user role rights is essential to ensure that our users can access and perform their tasks in accordance with their designated roles.

To enforce access restriction, each user will be linked to a role right that corresponds to their designated role.

To add or edit Role Rights, navigate to the Setup Menu, where you can modify and assign roles and permissions to different users. This process is critical thus we have provided a guide to help you to make the correct decisions when setting up a new Role Right.

In conclusion, role rights in Mobiloan dictate what features and functionality the user can access and use within the application.

We have defined "suggested role rights" to cater to the different roles and responsibilities within a microlending organization.

These include Junior Originator, Senior Originator (with evaluation rights), Branch Manager, Operations Manager and Super User (Uncapped access).

Assessing Audit Logs

The Audit Logs functionality is a distinguishing feature of Mobiloan, serving as an additional layer of security and surveillance, setting it apart from other similar platforms.

To use this functionality, you may easily locate a "View Audit Logs" option among various selections available within the configuration workflows within Mobiloan.

Alternatively, you may navigate to the Tools menu, where the Audit Logs option can be accessed.
