Grant specific report access permissions to users by selecting the appropriate options below. Leave all options unselected if you want to restrict access to the reporting menu entirely.
1. Branch Access:
Ensures users only see data relevant to their area of responsibility, by presneting only those reports with a Branch Scope
2. Company Access:
Company access grants users the ability to view all standard reports with a Company Scope
.
These reports provide insights into overall company performance and key metrics such as Status Totals
and Summaries
3. Custom Access:
The Custom access level empowers users to create their own custom reports.
This allows users to tailor reports to their specific needs and analyze data in a way that best suits their workflow.
4. Advanced Access (Management/Super Users Only):
The Advanced access level provides access to a dedicated "Advanced Reporting Sub Menu."
Advanced access is typically restricted to management or super users with the appropriate permissions.
This menu contains additional management reports designed for in-depth analysis and strategic decision-making such as Insurance Reports, Form 39', VAT Reports, Profit and Loss etc.
