Upon page load, the user will be presented with a table of all tickets sent by 'you' as seen in the screenshot below.
Support desk options are accessible by selecting the secondary options button as shown below...
This will then present the user with the following options to filter the main table to:
Display only tickets that have been sent by you / the user!
Display only tickets that you are following / CC'D on.
Edit your operator profile - This could be handy if you have to update your cellphone number when calling the support line.
View Ticket Guidelines, which is a set of rules for sending support tickets.
