Step 5 - Address
In this step, the user is required to decide what address details of the client is required during origination.
These include the following (as seen in the screenshot below)
Physical Address
The requirement rule for the client's physical address may be set to either None, Optional or Required.
Address options
These are the address options that the user may wish to enable or disable using check boxes, and include the following
Map Location: The user can opt to require the client to pin their address on a map. This is Useful for rural addresses.
Neighbor's name: Requires the user to capture the client's neighbor's name in Mobiloan.
Closest school: Requires the user to obtain the name of the school closest to the client's home address and capture it in Mobiloan.
Closest Shop: requires the user to obtain the name of the closest shop to the client's home address and capture it in Mobiloan.
Owner or Tenant: Select this option to allow the user to specify whether the client is the owner of their home or simply a tenant.
Rural Directions: Selecting this option will require the user to capture detailed instructions on how to get to the client's home.
