2. Email Routing
Branch Setup
This step allows users to customize automatic outgoing emails for specific actions.
They can choose which predefined actions will trigger email notifications and select the recipients for each notification, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
Multiple email addresses
Simply add a 'comma' for including multiple email addresses on a single action.
Predefined Actions
While all predefined actions initially send emails to the branch address, the following details further refine notification routing for improved business management.
1. Automated Payout Deduction Removal
Refers to when a payout deduction has been automatically removed due to the client having settled his or her balance by other means or by any other reason specified in the outgoing email.
Typically include the branch email address and perhaps the department that oversees collections and manages debt and transactions or accounting.
2. Automated Promissory Cancellation
Refers to when a promissory has been automatically cancelled due to reasons that have been specified in the outgoing email.
Typically include the branch email address and perhaps the department that oversees collections and manages debt and transactions or accounting.
3. Automated Loan Write-off notification
If a loan has been sitting on Handed over and the section 129 parameters have been met, Mobiloan will automatically write-off the loan. In such event, an email will be sent to the specified address notifying the user that loan XYZ has been automatically written off.
Typically include the branch email address and perhaps the department that oversees collections and manages debt and transactions or accounting.
4. Cashbox Variance
In the event that there is a shortage or overage in the cashbox after performing a day end reconcile, an email will be sent to the specified user addressing the variance amount.
Typically include the branch email address and perhaps the branch manager and the department that manages transactions and accounting.
5. Daily Transaction Recon Reminder
This notification will be sent out at 4PM reminding the user to perform a day end reconcile. This ensures you never skip a day!

6. Failed Electronic Payout
Refers to when an EFT or Wallet payout has failed. Typically include the branch email address and perhaps the branch manager.
7. Failed Presentment
Refers to when a presentment (debicheck collection) has failed for which the specified reason will be included in the email.
Typically include the branch email address , the branch manager and the department that manages debt collection.
8. Insurance Enquiries
Refers to any discrepancies or warnings related to your current Insurance Provider. Typically include the branch email address and the super user's email address.
9. Loan Evaluation Request
Triggers an email for every loan evaluation requested by a loan originator. Add the email address of users who have Evaluation Rights.
10. Online Application
Triggers an email for every online loan application received. Add the email address of users in charge of the online department.
11. Paid out loan reversal
Triggers an email for every loan reversal that has been affected by an originator. Add the email address of Branch Managers and users in the Reporting Department
12. Reply from SMS
Triggers an email including the reply received from any outgoing SMSs'. Typically add the branch administrative email address to this action.
13. Support Desk Tickets
Triggers an email including the reply received from the Mobiloan Support Desk. Add the branch email as well as personnel involved in team administration , support and training.

This ensures a copy of each document is sent to your inbox, alongside the client receiving it.
