In this step, the user is required to decide what contact details of the client is required during the origination process of this category of clients.
Generally, a cellphone number is most appropriate however Mobiloan gives us the option to require a Home Phone or email address as a point of contact to allow our users to execricise discretion.
These settings refer to the requirement rule for OTP Validation and can be set to Not required, Only when changed; or Checked with every loan or loan receipt.
When enabled, Mobiloan will prompt the user upon every new Loan or receipt to validate the client's cellphone number.
